Never forget where you came from and why?
I have been living in Germany for 10+ years now, having spent my entire adult life here.. I started with studies and am currenty employed in Energy & Sustainability sector.
The opportunities that life presents in Germany are multifold, as are the challenges. Starting afresh in a new country - as a student or expat - is highly disadvantageous. A newbie lacks context, contacts and experience, to efficiently make the best decisions.
For this reason., we have started Germanportals - to create a community/ecosystem, which brings more value by making our collective experiences available to each other and collectively adding to each others' growth stories in academics & career.
